Domain Alerts provides domain monitoring and alerting services based on third-party data sources such as WHOIS. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or timeliness of external data.
2. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining your domains and renewing them on time.
- Alerts are informational only and do not replace registrar notifications.
- You must provide accurate account information.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed via Stripe and renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel at any time to stop future charges. Access continues through the end of the billing period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape systems, or interfere with normal operation.
5. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed renewals, alert delivery failures, third-party outages, or data inaccuracies.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Domain Alerts shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
